The BDO Welsh weekender will see dancers from all over Wales & the UK come together for an incredible weekend of Dance!
Compete in multiple styles for trophies & prizes aswell as a chance to qualify for BDO British Dance Festival & GDO Worlds 2024!!!!

Street Categories
-STREET TEAM -STREET SOLOS -STREET DUOS -TRIOS/QUADS -MEGACREWS -PARENT TEAMS
ABS Teams (Anything but Street)
This is an all new teams section open to all schools. Teams can compete in ANY STYLE including:
-ACRO -CONTEMPORARY -JAZZ -MUSICAL THEATRE -PERFORMING ARTS -FREESTYLE -&MORE
All above ABS categories will compete against eachother unless there are a higher level of entries in any given style, in which case we may decide to
create ABS sub categories.
ABS Solos (Anything but Street) *New*
A new addition to Welsh Weekender is ABS Solos. Dancers will need to audition prior to the event.
The Top 3 dancers in each age group will be selected to perform at BDO Welsh Weekend 2024.
Finalists will be expected to perform Solo spots (1 minute) to music of their choice.
All styles are permitted to audition.

How to enter battles?
To be considered for Battles, ALL countries must enter via 'Online Registration' below.
You will need to be logged into your membership account for this to appear below.
The top dancers will be selected to perform live at Welsh Weekender.

£10pp Deposit must be made to secure a space at this event.

Event Schedule
Our event schedule will be released 2 weeks prior to the event date once registrations have been received from all schools attending.
