All points achieved through BDO Regional events will be reset on 31st January (this month).
What does this mean for you?
If you are planning to attend either BDO British 2019 or BDO Worlds 2019 then you will need to reserve your place before your points are reset. If you do not you will need to re-qualify. How do i know if i have qualified? You can see a list of qualified school on the BDO website. Go to the leader board page. If you have 40+ points then you are one of our 80 qualifying schools for BDO British & BDO Worlds 2019
How can I reserve my space at Major events?
Teachers need to login to their account on the BDO website and head over to the relevant page. You can reserve tickets and input an estimated number of attendees to secure your place.
What if I have less than 40 points?
You can still reserve your place at either event, your points will be carried over but only if you reserve by 31st January. Your reservation will then be marked as pending and you will need to achieve the remaining points to bring you up to the minimum of 40.
What is the qualification criteria for 2020?
To qualify for British or Worlds 2019 we have a brand new points system. The minimum points required is now 20 points however you are limited to the number of dancers you can register to represent your school.

0-20 points ( 20 dancers max )
21-40 points ( 40 dancers max)
40 - 79 points ( 60 dancers max)
80+ Points (Full school qualification)
